Meet Romah El MC

We have been blessed with the opportunity to work with Romah El MC! Here is our interview with them where we got to know them better!

Tell us about yourself! What should people know about you?

My Name is Romah El MC. I am a Spanglish recording artist from South Central Los Angeles. My music is a blend of Hip-Hop origins and Urban Latino. I am a high energy performance monster so I love to rock the stage and be on camera whenever I get the chance!

How long have you been making music and what or who inspired you to do so?

I've been a recording artist for over seven years and an audio engineer for the last six years. Music has always been a part of my life from a young age. I started playing instruments when I was eleven and song writing at fourteen. It wasn't until I was in college that I decided that a music career was what I wanted to pursue. It was the best decision I ever made!

We are aware not everyone makes music the same. What is your creative process like?

My music is a fusion in a sense. As a Salvadoran-American, it is influenced by two very different cultures, but the blend takes the best of both worlds and brings together a unique sound. It was a struggle in the beginning making them work together but over the last year I feel I have really blended the sound well. I look forward to sharing it more with the world!

Is there any advice you would give to upcoming artists?

Only thing I can say to upcoming artists is to stick to YOUR script. Don't get so caught up in comparing your story to someone else's because situations are different for everyone. Stay consistent and be productive. Before you know it, you're in a better place than you thought.

Who would you say is the best artist of all time?

As someone who comes from two different cultures, it's hard to say who the GOAT is. Some honorable mentions are Biggie, 2Pac, Guru from Gangstarr, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Hector Lavoe, Juan Gabriel, and Aventura. There are so many artists that I have appreciation for. I honestly can't choose.

Where can people find you on social media?
